1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The company also reserves the right at any time, unjustifiably and without prior notice to the user / consumer / visitor / member of the eshop to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of the eshop. By placing an order through the website, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. Sales contract – Order products.
The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website do not constitute a sale proposal but an invitation to update. It will not be considered that a contract has been drawn up between us and you regarding any products, except when your order is explicitly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, then it will be refunded in full.
To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase process and click the “ORDER CONFIRM” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receiving the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.
5. Product Availability
The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders depend on their availability. In this light, in case of difficulties in supplying or depleting the products in stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by phone to the number you have declared or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full.
6. Order Rejection
We have no responsibility to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, as well as for the removal or processing of any material or contents of the website or for the refusal of processing or acceptance of an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
Subject to the provisions of condition 5 above regarding the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances in this case, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product (s) listed on the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date has been set, within the estimated time period shown when choosing a payment method, and in any case within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is done through the carrier cooperating with us and their shipping time is between one and three (1-3) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are by arrangement with the carrier or at an additional cost.
However, delays may occur in Cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we do not manage to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund.
For the purposes of these Terms, “Delivery” will be deemed to have taken place or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, he will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to pick it up and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the moment your order is available for delivery, the said order has not yet been delivered for reasons not due to our fault, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be considered expired. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund you free of charge any payment we have received from you, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Contract expires.
In case of loss of your order due to an error of the carrier we will inform you about it and we will take care if you still wish to complete the order, replace and resend the same products to you, otherwise we will refund any payment we received from you.
9. Risk Transfer and Product Ownership.
The responsibility for the products is transferred to you once you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical ownership or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes into your hands either with the full collection on our part of all amounts due in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or with their delivery (as defined above in condition 7 if it takes place later than the collection.
10. Price and Payment.
The price of each product will be the one set at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all the prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the corrected correct price or cancel it. If it is not possible to contact you, we will consider that your order has been canceled and we will refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in case the price error is obvious and indisputable and can reasonably be recognized by you as the wrong price. The prices on our website include VAT but not the shipping costs, in case you are charged for Shipping Costs. Prices are subject to change at any time, however, with the reserve of the specific provisions mentioned above, any possible changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.
To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted in the secure environment of the bank you will be driving to. The bank reserves the right to request pre-approval of your card to ensure that there is a sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction.
Your card will be charged upon confirmation of your order.
11. Return Policy
General Terms of Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with return to the e-shop. In this case, it is necessary to contact us by phone at +306937322635 & +306937102749 to inform us about the product to be returned and to arrange for its replacement or refund of the money to it.
Also, under European Union law, the consumer is given a minimum two-year warranty (legal guarantee) as protection against defective products or products that do not meet the advertised appearance or function.
It is pointed out that the shipping costs of the entire return process (ie return of the product to the store and delivery of the new product to you) are borne exclusively by you.
Please note that in order for any product return to be accepted, the item in question must not have been used, no label or markings (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) on the products must have been removed. Also, all items should be returned in excellent condition received without damage, without any defects (with the exception of the return of a defective product) and be complete. The product to be returned must also be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or change card).
As long as the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs of the new product are borne by us.
e-lektron.gr is responsible for compensation in case of lack of agreed quality or the existence of a defect, only if this has been caused by our fault.
Returned products are at your own risk until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transport. Any damage to the product upon its return to us is the sole responsibility of you.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging and label, in order to identify any obvious defects.
Returns we receive outside of our policy terms will not be accepted, and will be refunded to you at your own expense.
